M16-14ZSF model features our super rigid InterFrame build with 420J2 stainless steel liners, threaded stainless steel back spacers, and Desert Camo pattern glass filled nylon scales. The blade is a non-reflective bead-blast finished AUS 8 stainless steel. It blends and almost disappears in the desert. Our tactical SF model features two Carson Flippers, resulting in a true hilt when the blade is opened. Our Big Dog glass filled nylon version has a 3.875″ (98 mm) blade and full-size handle with a pommel which is exceptionally powerful in tactical situations. Weight is a hefty 6.3 oz. (179 g). It features our exclusive patented AutoLAWKS, the Lake and Walker Knife Safety innovation taken to the next level. AutoLAWKS automatically sets a pin between the locking liner and the frame. This pin acts as an additional layer of safety, so the locking liner is less likely to disengage during use. To close the knife, pull the AutoLAWKS red button lever back, slide the locking liner over, and fold the blade into the closed position.
